Milovan Sikimić (Serbian Cyrillic: Милован Сикимић; born 25 October 1980 in Smederevo) is a Serbian football defender who played for Apollon Limassol FC.
Sikimić played for OFK Mladenovac, before he moved to France in 2002, and signed with EA Guingamp. During the years, he was an important member of the team and later the captain. In July 2007, after five seasons of playing for Guingamp, he returned to his homeland, and signed for FK Partizan. At the beginning he was the standard in the lineup, but due to often injuries, he made only 12 appearances for Partizan in two seasons. In summer 2009, he moved back to France and signed with RC Strasbourg. In July 2011, Sikimić signed for Apollon Limassol FC in Cyprus.
